Mission Statement

The North Sea Hydrogen Ports and Maritime Community (NS HyMaP) is a
membership based association that promotes the increased use of hydrogen in
the ports and maritime sector as an effective and efficient way of achieving
climate neutrality in one of the EU's most important maritime regions."

Aims and Objectives

NS HyMap will provide a platform for the North Sea ports, maritime ad hydrogen sectors to:

* Stimulate debate and joint working to promote hydrogen production, storage and applications in the ports and maritime sectors

* Develop a research and innovation agenda that will promote an effective and efficient hydrogen value chain

* Provide an Information Exchange on a broad range of issues of mutual interest to these industries including research, regulations and scaling up of hydrogen production, storage and applications.

* Represent Members' interests in the development of policies at EU, IMO and North Sea State levels

* Identify project opportunities and advise on project applications, partner search and their implementation.
